About Us
Built for the woman who carries a full life with grace.
How a Perth Paramedic designed the bag that brought calm to everything else.
I'm Elle, a Paramedic in Perth, the most isolated city in the world. Away from the job, I'm happiest in the small rituals that keep me steady: pole dancing, the gym, eating gluten-free, and always learning something new. I love a slow morning and an early night in, and I've come to believe that looking after myself isn't a luxury, it's what lets me show up for everything else. My life is full in the truest sense of the word: layered, intentional and built around what matters most.
I have found a full time doesn't come from doing more, it comes from setting things up so well that everything just flows. When the small details are handled, there's room for the rest. For presence. For the life I want to be living.
The one thing that didn't reflect that approach were my bags. A gym bag, a work bag, a lunch bag. Multiple bags, no real system. Packing and repacking, lifting and carrying, never quite sure where anything was. It wasn't dramatic but it was a small, constant drain on the mornings I wanted to feel calm. What I carried should have felt as considered as everything else I'd built.
So I made the bag I couldn't find. One bag that could carry the whole day, from an early Pilates session to a long shift, from dropping the kids off to running errands. Now my days look the way I always wanted them to. A quiet morning. An almond matcha. An unhurried and organised start. One bag holding everything I need.
Baylin is for the woman who has built a full life and wants what she carries to feel like the rest of it: calm, gentle, quietly working in her favour. The kind of organisation that doesn't feel like control, it feels like freedom. Like having more of yourself to give to the things that deserve it.
This is the bag I made for myself. I hope it feels like it was made for you too.
