Our Promise
Every Baylin piece is designed with intention and crafted to endure. We are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and stand behind every bag we create.
Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, provided items are unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund cost.
To initiate a return, please email us at social@baylin.co with your order number and return request and our team will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be refunded the purchase price of your bag minus shipping. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs back to you for change of mind returns.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at social@baylin.co.
Faults & Issues
Items purchased online that are deemed faulty can be returned for a replacement or refund.
For approved faulty items, Baylin will cover all return shipping costs.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, email social@baylin.co with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will get back to you with the next steps.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Should a manufacturing fault arise, Baylin will offer a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty applies to:
Construction and stitching
Hardware and closures
Structural integrity of the bag
This warranty does not cover:
Natural wear and ageing
Cosmetic changes such as softening, marks or patina over time
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
To make a claim, please contact us at social@baylin.co with your order details and clear imagery of the concern.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
