Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AWST will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (Australia)
Standard: 5-8 business days — Free
Express: 3-5 business days — $15.00
International Standard
International: 10-20 business days — $30.00
Standard (USA): 10-20 business days — $40
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier congestion, extreme weather or international customs processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the following destinations: United States, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Cyprus, and China. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, tariffs and taxes. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
Incorrect Addresses & Returns
